Description
Tradition, territory and ancient know-how of the local white-grape grillo vine growers, blend to create a vinegar that combines robust taste with a balanced softness of herbal and citrus notes. Vinegar produced with a natural method and aged in wood barrels. The presence of some residual alcohol grade gives the vinegar a particular fragrance.
