FEUDOTTO

Amidst the sun-drenched landscapes of western Sicily, nestled between the Belice and Carboy rivers, lies Feudotto: an extra virgin olive oil that tells the story of a bountiful land, rich in culture and agricultural tradition. In these parts, every harvest is a celebration, a ritual that has been repeated for generations, guided by the wisdom of those who understand the timing and rhythms of nature. The native varieties Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla, grown across plateaus, hills and coastal areas, come together to create a unique and harmonious blend.

Soul authentic of the Mediterranean

The olives are harvested in October and processed on the same day to ensure freshness, fragrance and the very highest quality. The result is a fine oil with extremely low acidity (0.20–0.30), characterised by intense aromas of unripe apple, green tomato and artichoke, with a perfect balance between sweet and spicy notes. The elegant flavour of the Nocellara del Belice variety prevails in the finish, lending a touch of refinement to every sip. Feudotto embodies the authentic spirit of the Mediterranean: a masterpiece of nature, the result of artisanal care and the deep bond between man and his land.

Our community

Our olive growers have a deep connection with the land; they have learnt to interpret the vagaries of the weather and know how to recognise and predict the characteristics of each year’s harvest, living in close harmony with the land. A wealth of traditions and values handed down from generation to generation, which remains alive even amongst the youngest members of the community today.
