Description
Tradition, territory and ancient know-how blend to create a vinegar of strong personality obtained from the local variety of the Nero d’Avola vine. Here one can enjoy the fragrances of spices violets, red berries in one flavorful bouquet. Vinegar produced with a natural method and aged in wood barrels. The presence of some residual alcohol grade gives the vinegar a particular fragrance.
